Appointment Policy
Please review these policies before booking your appointment.
New Patient Appointments:
For all clients booking an appointment, a deposit of $50 or $150 is required, depending on the service.
If you proceed with treatment, this deposit will be applied towards the cost of your service (excluding consultation fees, which are not applied to subsequent treatments).
If deciding to have a consult only; you will be reimbursed this fee at the time of visit.
In case of a no show/no call, the $50 or $150 fee is non-refundable
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that a 24-hour notice is given when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that situations may occur when this is not possible. We value and respect your time, as well as our own!
Day of Appointment:
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full-service. Please arrive 10-minutes early for your first appointment.
Minimal or no makeup is recommended when arriving for your appointment.
Late Arrivals:
Because appointments are scheduled back-to-back, we ask our patients to be on-time for their appointments. However, we understand that sometimes due to traffic or weather, etc. this is not always possible.
If you anticipate being more than 15-minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule for another day.
Age Requirement:
We kindly ask that you please make the proper arrangements for supervision of your children during your appointment. We are unable to watch children in the facility.
Any children under the age of 18 may need to sign a waiver and/or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

Product Orders:
For your convenience, all skin care products are available for purchase through our website.
All products are also available at our facility for purchase during your appointment.
For Your Safety:
We request that any medical conditions and/or prescription medications are disclosed, as some services may be contraindicated.
Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities, and please let us know if you are pregnant.
